Jordan
Once an important Roman outpost, Jordan is a country of mesmerising beauty incorporating remote deserts and canyons, as well as the coral reefs of the Red Sea. Experience the incredible scale of Petra, also called the Red Rose City, and marvel at the detailed architecture of the buildings set deep inside a narrow desert ravine. Experience the lowest point on earth as you float on the unsinkable Dead Sea and explore Wadi Rum, the country’s largest desert landscape.
Visa
A visa is required for entry into Jordan. Travellers booking a package of 2 or more nights with us will obtain a free visa. Alternatively, visas can be obtained from the Jordanian Embassy or at Amman’s airport on arrival.
Tipping
Tipping is generally expected for any service provided in Jordan. For restaurant bills, 10% service fee will generally already be added, but a small tip of 5-10% for the waiter is suggested.
